The podcast I am listening to is called Welcome to Night Vale
The speaker is a man called Cecil, he is a radio station presenter, he has a smooth calm voice, he is well spoken and speaks a little slowly than normal
The music is used in the opening of the podcast and normally only used when a mood is needed to be set, otherwise there isn’t any music, just talking. Music is played during the weather.
The only time when sound has been used outside of music and talking is static in specific circumstance, other than that, it isn’t used a lot.
Silence is used to builds tension in a scene with a news article.
There was one episode where Cecil was just narrating what was happening to a person. It was in 3rd person.
